This is how I feel whenever I get MP3s of music from Japan. Mojibake is hell, and yet there’s no support in any of the tagging apps I use for fixing Shift-JIS encoded tags by converting to UTF-16 (which the ID3 v2.3 standard specifies).

Japan, PROTIP: If a standard specifies a particular text encoding, FOLLOW THE FUCKING STANDARD! Enough of this “let’s Shit-JIS everything hurrdurr” bullcrap.
